Holiday magic in a smartphone. How personalized greetings from St. Nicholas helped parents congratulate their children and exceeded the client's business goals.

Tasks

To develop and implement a new format of holiday greetings for children during the lockdown. Main objectives:

  1. To attract the target audience through an innovative online service.
  2. Increase sales of the New Year’s assortment by 5% year-on-year (2019).
  3. Increase the number of consumers by 3% in Q4 2020 compared to the same period in 2019.

What we've done

  1. Developed a creative idea for personalized greetings.
  2. Created a special website with a colorful interface for generating applications from parents to make a greeting for a child (with a choice of name, wishes, photos and sweet gifts).
  3. Took video and photos.
  4. Set up a system for creating personalized video greetings.
  5. Developed chatbots in Viber and Telegram for convenient greetings.
  6. Launched media support, including programmatic and display advertising, SMM, GDN, and YouTube.
